After paying for your reservation in full, you will be sent check-in instructions, which will include a door code to use on the keypad lock on the front door. Upon entering you will have access to our entire home including the pools, spa and the game room.

Magic Three  At Formosa Gardens is located in the beautiful gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates.  Formosa Gardens Estates is one of the closest vacation home community to Disney World® and only minutes from Universal Studios® and Sea World®.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
